Warehouse Management

This will covers the scheduling and control of Inventory and Warehouse management. Indicative features and functionality include

Warehouses and Storage Locations: The FALCON ERP supports administration of 99 warehouses and under storage locations, monitoring surface and volume data • Storage locations may be linked with purchases – sales – merchandise traffic and book inventory (stock).

Stock Administration and Control: On line update of Inventory Item quantity and value following every relevant transaction • Safety and Reorder levels per branch – warehouse • Use of dynamic expected and reserved stock in complex order-taking, order-placing and production procedures

Codes and Codification: Administration of multiple codes per Item 20 Character length Alpha Numeric • One Product Code can Un-limited Brand option possible.

Units of Measure: Full control system and administration of multiple units of measure, with monitoring of mass, weight (Net/Gross), volume and dimensions • Link of units of measure system with reports (Invoice /Purchase etc).

Stock Reserve

This feature reserves a specified quantity of stock for particular customer or sales man. The reservations might have a validity date and in any case they are expired.

Reservations can be done only on "make to stock" and stock-able products.

The reserved products are substracted from the virtual stock. It means that if you reserved a quantity of products which available balance.

If you want to prevent sales orders to be confirmed when the stock is insufficient at the order date, you may want to install the sale_exception_nostock option.
